We work with trusted and established crystal and mineral suppliers who have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

We understand that there is still much to learn, understand, do and then teach - to protect the future landscape of the industry, the people who work within the supply chain and Mother Earth herself.

Which is why we work with suppliers who work with complete transparency, who are dedicated to ensuring all products are ethically sourced and who travel the world to do so, hand selecting for us in person the crystals you find here today.

Shipping & Handling

Please note that we usually ship all orders within 5-7 working days. The Worry Rocks can take up to 2 weeks to disppatch and you will be notified on purchase if this is the case.

For UK orders please allow 3 to 5 business days for your delivery to arrive with you. 

For worldwide orders - please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive and please note that delivery can take longer due to customer checks and following the UK’s exit from the EU, it is possible, if you do live outside of the UK, that you may have to pay custom and import charges when your item arrives. 

Exchanges & Returns

In the event that you decide you would like to exchange or return your crystal, please contact us directly at rocks@emmalucyknowles.comwhere a member of the team will do their best to support you. 

Returns and exchanges have to be initiated within 3 working days of your original purchase date. Please note that postage for your original order is not eligible for refund and that shipping for your return/exchange item back to Emma Lucy Rocks is the customers responsibility.

Please note that we will not be able to accept return of broken/damaged crystals unless damaged/breakage happen in transit to you.
